A bit about the role: 

 

As a Brand Marketing Lead you’ll own and deliver a clear content roadmap that supports seasonal content and wider brand strategy, for a dedicated brand.

You’ll identify product stories, trends and events and translate them into relevant customer communication as well as building and owning relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

 

What you'll do:

  • You’ll lead on in-season brand marketing for a dedicated brand, ensuring comms are reflective of the quarterly strategy, owning the monthly comms meeting  
  • You’ll assist in the development of integrated marketing strategies and activity plans.  
  • You’ll assist in the creation of brand guidelines to bring the brand to life and ensure that brand standards and identity guidelines are adhered to.  
  • You’ll write clear, insight led seasonal campaign and content briefs, capturing full channel mix requirements  
  • You’ll work closely with buying, trading, merch and online teams to ensure omnichannel tracker is up to date and all owned channels are aligned in terms of messaging  
  • You’ll work with the social lead to generate content led ideas around key moments to support key product and cultural moments to drive re-activation and re-trade of existing customers and improve engagement 
  • You’ll collaborate with the creative team on brand content and requirements.  
  • You’ll align to the brand marketing budget, ensuring we spend to FC and against ROI targets. 
  • You’ll be accountable for campaign effectiveness-setting objectives and tracking against clear KPIs.  

 

Who you are: 

  • You’ll have in-house retail marketing experience in a brand marketing role.
  • You’ll have Home or Fashion brand and digital marketing experience.
  • You’ll have previous experience of identifying product stories, trends and events and translating them into relevant customer communication.
  • Ideally some influencer experience
  • CRM experience would be an advantage
  • You’ll be innovative and forward thinker –at their best when coming up with customer first ideas.
  • You’ll have a proven ability to work with stakeholders in a matrix/dotted line environment.
  • A degree in marketing or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.

Hybrid working - this role offers hybrid working split between our Head office in Manchester (Northern Quarter) and home
