About the role:

At N Brown a Digital Designer is responsible for the creation of original digital art work and images for the use by the organisation in a variety of different ways across multiple digital touch points (web, social, email etc) and brands.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Creating artwork for a variety of communications material to include: Digital Advertising, web, social and email and Marketing projects/campaigns.

  • Creating digital artwork of the highest standard within customer guidelines.

  • Ensure that all digital artwork work is delivered according to brand and corporate identity guidelines.

  • Adapting digital artwork based on feedback from internal stakeholders.

  • Preparing layouts, formatting text to stylesheets and preparing files for printers if applicable.

  • Working to short deadlines and fast turn around times.

  • Constructing Artwork master templates for use throughout the organisation.

  • Putting together internal guidelines for artwork.

  • Working on a variety of different projects covering typography, retouching designs, layouts and illustrations.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • Considerable work experience within digital art working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

  • Experience in creating for multiple digital platforms in fast paced environments.

  • Proven understanding of the role and nuances of digital touch points in the customer journey.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

  • Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Experience of working with online management tools, ideally Workfront.

  • A creative thinker with a strong portfolio.

  • A flexible, ‘do-er’ who can provide first class service to a variety of stakeholders.

  • A degree in a relevant subject is desirable but not essential.
