We are looking for several Graduates to join our two-year scheme with rotations across User Experience, Digital Product, and our Delivery Management departments within Digital Technology. The above will be facilitated through short 3-month rotations for the first year, to then specialising in the final year in one area.

 

The role and responsibilities: User Experience

 

You will work as a Graduate Optimisation Executive to assist in the development of conversion strategies and deliver testing plans across our brands. You will learn what is takes to fuse our values with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles, ensuring that experiments produce learnings to deliver a frictionless and desirable shopping experience

 

Responsibilities within this area will include:

  • Support shaping the experimentation strategy using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to identify friction points, refine recommendations and highlight new opportunities.
  • Support the execution of the experimentation roadmap, delivering A/B/n tests that enhance the user journey and deliver bottom-line growth.
  • Develop data-driven, customer-led problem statements and test hypotheses.
  • Support the coordinate of the design, build, execution, and interpretation of experiments that provide the highest probability of success.
  • Input into experiment analysis and communicate results and learnings to stakeholders.
  • This will be achieved through working collaboratively with UX Design, Research, Data Science, Digital Technology, Marketing and Trading teams

What you will need to succeed within UX: 

  • Strong interest in CRO methodologies.
  • Passion for a data-led approach to identify problems in the customer journey, always looking for solutions beyond the obvious to meet their needs.
  • Ability to translate insights into user-focused problems and experiment opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate technical and detailed information to a non-technical audience in a simple and straightforward manner.
  • You must be a self-starter and natural project manager, comfortable presenting to business owners and stakeholders.
  • You’re a true collaborator with a positive and supportive approach, able to work off your own initiative and demonstrate a thirst for learning.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is desirable.

 

For the other rotations:

 

The role within your Digital Product rotation will be a Product Associate, playing a pivotal part to getting stuff done within our development squads. This person will work within one of our tribes, delivering the technology needed to power our digital products.

 

The role within your Delivery Management rotation will be an Associate Delivery Manager, working as part of a squad to enable successful delivery of technological products/services or transformation within a complex portfolio and drive delivery for them.
