We are looking for several Graduates to join our three-year scheme within our Finance division. You will rotate around Group Finance, Commercial Finance and Finance for Financial Services to get a wider understanding of the function and understand the possibilities the world of Finance has to offer.

 

The role and responsibilities

 

The role offers a fantastic opportunity for self-motivated individuals that are keen to grow their understanding and base knowledge across Finance in this rapidly growing and evolving organisation.

 

Finance: Financial Services: within this department, you will support a variety of tasks that helps our Financial Services division to secure funding that enables us to offer credit to underserved customers, whilst also getting involved in creating the end-to-end accounts.

Group Finance: within this department, you will broaden your understanding of all the teams that keep our business moving forward and on track, by getting in involved with tasks relating to month-end reporting, through to Group consolidation, external audits, processing payments to employees and suppliers, and tax and treasury.

Commercial Finance: within this department, you will learn about how Finance supports the wider business by providing effective financial insight to make commercially sound decisions; identifying with divisional leaders’ ways in which we can make money and save money. Getting involved in the operations, you’ll gain insight to finance business partnering, strategic and tactical decision making, budgeting, forecasting and strategic business planning.

 

What you will need to succeed: 

 

  • Minimum Maths GCSE
  • A commercial and numerical mindset
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Excel i.e. Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A methodical, analytical approach and great problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who could work collaboratively with other members of the team, wider Finance, and key stakeholders.
  • A true collaborator with a positive and supportive approach and able to work off your own initiative.
  • Desire to qualify as an accountant!
