A bit about the role:

 

As a Junior Producer you will have an integral role in booking all models for our state of the art in-house photo studios across our ladies and mens fashion brands. You’ll work with leading model agencies around the world to ensure we get the best talent for our photo shoots. This role is fast paced and will require you to be pro-active, positive, and flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • You’ll secure options and confirm models for all e-com studio photography for all our internal brands including booking travel and accommodation.  Creating and distributing ‘call sheets’ for all our e-com shoots, to be shared with both internal and external customers.
  • You’ll work closely with the wider Producing and Planning team, external model, and talent agencies, collating photography requirements in line with shoot schedules to meet web deadlines.   Develop and Maintain relationships with existing agencies and studio.
  • Attendance of weekly internal Production meeting.
  • You’ll have an excellent understanding of budgets and Purchase Order Management.  You’ll adhere to guidelines in place for Purchase Order (PO) raising, receipting, and tracking.  You will also monitor, and document accurate budget spend per shoot and process all associated invoices/PO’s regularly updating trackers for the Senior Producer.
  • You will be the first line of contact for internal studios for day-to-day activities, ensuring they have the most accurate information available.  Manage production issues, flag up to senior producer t any issues that may impact shoot days or budget
  • You’ll check internal workflow systems for upcoming shoots and ensuring the e-com calendar is always up to date.  Ordering props such as coloramas for in hours studios.
  • You’ll support casting and bringing in new talent: models, photographers, stylists, freelance needs, scouting resources. Facilitate go-see castings, hiring of new external vendors, usage assessments, dashboard communication on state-of-the budget to key stakeholders. Build and implement the “always on” e-com model of working across studios and any adjustment thereof.
  • There will be the requirement for ‘out of hours’ working and you should be contactable out of normal office hours.

 

Who you are:

 

  • You’ll have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideally you’ll have min 2 years’ experience working in a Photographic shoot production environment and you’ll be able to demonstrate good knowledge of shoot production.
  • You’ll have excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • You’ll have excellent budget management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You’ll be open-minded, flexible, and you’ll have a positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and business change
