A bit about the role:

As an Ecomm Production Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering images logos and copy for online and offline creative usage and publishing online.

You will be part of a team who is responsible for doing final checks before the content goes online to our customer facing platforms ensuring brand guidelines and agreed procedures are adhered to. This is a great role for someone looking to be part of a vibrant Creative Production department and full training will be provided to the successful candidate!

What you'll do:

  • You’ll be part of the Online Production team to ensure an efficient, timely and accurate service is provided, working to the SOP’s from ingestion, distribution to channel delivery

  • Some examples of the work you will be involved in will include:

  • Managing supplier images

  • Managing images that come in from internal and external stakeholders through to publishing the product

  • Setting up web proof checks so that the images are ready to be presented to the customer

  • You’ll ensure that engagement with internal N Brown teams is professional, and to raise any point of escalation promptly with the Team Leader

  • You’ll manage all images, logos and copy required to fulfil retouching requests for on and offline usage in a timely and accurate manner and escalate missing images/assets to the Delivery Team

  • You’ll receive training on our in-house systems including DAMS, Fatwire, Job Manager and Workfront and the disciplines to ensuring timely input of all activities

  • You’ll support the wider Creative Production Team to identify and implement quality and efficiency initiatives to deliver continual service improvements for NBrown
