The role

 

The Creative Designer is responsible for designing a wide range of world class graphics for use across multiple digital touchpoints (web, social, email etc) adhering to brand guidelines

What will you do as a Creative Designer at N Brown?  

  • Support stakeholders with any digital graphic design requirements.  

  • Design all the company’s graphics including all sales and marketing materials for use across multiple channels (e.g. web, email, social media).  

  • Work with other members of the Creative team to ensure all design adheres to brand guidelines and is fit for purpose.  

  • Take down design briefs and translating these into creative but practical branded materials.  

  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.  

  • Use innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints  

  • Present finalised ideas and concepts to stakeholders.  

  • React positively to feedback.    

What skills and experience will you have?

  • Considerable work experience creating for multiple digital platforms in fast paced environments.  

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Proven understanding of the role and nuances of digital touch points in the customer journey.  

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & After effects.  

  • Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines. * Experience of working with online management  

  • tools, ideally Workfront.  

  • A creative thinker with a strong portfolio.  

  • A flexible, ‘do-er’ who can provide first class service to a variety of stakeholders.  

  • A degree in Design or a related subject would be desirable.
