N Brown are recruiting a CRM Lead, reporting into the CRM Manager to deliver a customer focused CRM strategy for a new and exciting FS opportunity, engaging  and encourage customers to respond and convert, driving retrade, retention and increase survival rate.


What you’ll do as CRM Lead: 

  • You’ll manage the end-to-end creation and deployment of targeted and personalised CRM campaigns (Email, push) in order to achieve the commercial targets.
  • You will be responsible for creating new marketing transactional and service e mails to engage with customers for this exciting new opportunity.
  • Whilst being a CRM expert, you will be part of an FS working group.
  • You’ll have the ability to interpret data and analysis and make actionable recommendations.
  • You will work with with key stakeholders to understand the data and targeting requirements for existing and new communication journeys. 
  • You’ll work in collaboration with colleagues in other departments to ensure the commercial objectives are met effectively, efficiently and within budget.

Who you are: 

  • You’ll be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and commercially aware CRM professional
  • You’ll have experience of a similar role in a complex and fast paced environment
  • You will have experience of, or a good understanding of Credit marketing.
  • You’ll have experience in email delivery platforms (such as Responsys) and email best practise including dynamic content and some HTML experience would be beneficial.
  • You’ll have experience in customer targeting
  • You’ll have experience of interpreting, analysing & understanding data
  • You’ll have the ability to use data to develop actionable recommendations
  • You’ll have an open-minded, flexible, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and embrace change
  • You’ll have experience of managing a varied workload to tight deadlines
  • You’ll have the ability to work collaboratively and at pace
  • You’ll have a relevant marketing qualification
