The role 

 

The Marketing & Product Comms Lead will create and deliver inspirational and engaging content for all Miyo customer touchpoints ensuring it is consistent an aligned, on brand and with appropriate tone of voice delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximising customer understanding, conversion to account opening and ongoing usage. 

 

The role will report to the Manager of FS Product & Marketing but will also align closely with the Castle Brand, CRM and Marketing and Product chapters.

What will you do as a Marketing & Product Comms Lead at N Brown?  

 

Marketing Comms 

  • Support the creation of the comms strategy for the launch and migration of Miyo across all Nbrown retail brands 

  • Support the customer research and development of the message track for the launch and migration of Miyo 

  • Create and execute the customer comms program for the launch of Miyo to all retail brands 

  • Create and execute the customer comms program for the migration of all retail brand credit customers to Miyo 

  • Manage the end-to-end creation and deployment of targeted and personalised Miyo CRM campaigns 

Service Comms 

  • Support the planning and co-ordination of all the required Miyo marketing transactional and service communications across all channels in readiness for colleague and customer launch 

  • Lead the creation of all new Miyo marketing transactional and service communications across all channels. Create, brief and sign off the product and marketing content ensuring communications are consistent and on brand and with appropriate TOV 

Miyo.co.uk 

  • Create inspiring and engaging marketing and product content for the miyo.co.uk website from the homepage, across the site through to the customer support pages 

  • Ensure consistency of messaging, branding and customer experience across all customer touchpoints 

  • Be an ambassador for Miyo, embracing the proposition and values and championing the brand internally. 

FS Governance 

  • Understand the requirements of Consumer Duty and ensure they are being achieved across all Miyo customer touchpoints 

  • Understand the need for compliance with FS regulations and support the necessary governance to ensure these are being met 

What skills and experience will you have? 

  • Experience of a similar FS marketing / product role 

  • Experience of using a CMS 

  • Good team working skills and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels  

  • You’ll have experience in email delivery platforms (such as Responsys) and email best practise including dynamic content and some HTML experience would be beneficial. 

  • You’ll have experience in customer targeting 

  • You’ll have experience of interpreting, analysing & understanding data 

  • Knowledge of the regulatory requirements associated with an FS business
