The role

 

We’re looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our team. Paid Social and Display is at the forefront to deliver engaging and inspiring campaigns. Our vision for paid social and Display is to harness the integral role it plays in the media, rethinking the approach to planning and continue to disrupt the landscape of digital advertising.

What will you do as a Paid Social Executive at N Brown?

 

  • You’ll learn and assist in the execution of end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social campaigns from implementation to optimisation. 
  • You’ll adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all Paid Social activities. 
  • You’ll work with an agency and senior team to manage and deliver specified display campaigns ensuring they are delivered to time, budget and quality standards. 
  • You’ll learn to brief creative teams and control the creative output across multiple platforms. You will learn the impact of creative on the success of a campaign and use that knowledge to inform campaign consistency. 
  • You’ll learn to be able to measure the success of Paid Social and Display campaigns against set objectives and targets. 
  • You’ll be able to report on and effectively communicate performance to senior managers and other stakeholders. 
  • You’ll understand overarching Brand and digital channel strategy and you'll be able to challenge with insight. 

What skills and experience will you have?

  • You’ll be passionate for ecommerce marketing. Previous experience in Paid Social and Display is desirable but not essential, transferrable digital marketing skills will be considered. 
  • You’ll have a creative mindset, attention to detail and curiosity to continually test and learn. 
  • You’ll have strong analytical skills and be willing to learn how to draw insight from data to inform stakeholders on campaign performance 
  • You’ll have an interest in learning excel; comfortable in producing reports, formulas, and pivot tables 
  • You’ll be a self-starter with a flexible, approachable attitude and good problem-solving skills 
  • You’ll be an ambassador for Paid Social and Display and a dedicated team member
