The role 

 

The Production Assistant will support our ecommerce production team in the the day to day running of our in-house studio.

What will you do as a Production Assistant at N Brown?  

  • Secure options and book models for ecomm studio photography.  

  • Support the producing team in collating day to day photography requirements  

  • Raise and track PO numbers for model bookings.  

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing model agencies and studios. 

  • Be first line contact for external studios for day to day activities, ensuring they have the most accurate information available.   

  • Manage production issues, flag up to senior management any issues that may impact delivery or budget. 

  • Create and issue call sheets for shoots to all stakeholders.  

  • Book freelance photographer, stylists and H&M as and when required.  

  • Every member of staff is expected to show respect to their colleagues, to understand and adhere     to our values; they are also expected to work together and to support all the teams with which they have contact in achieving the company objectives. 

What skills and experience will you have? 

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships 

  • Excellent project management skills in order to organise tasks and activities to meet deadlines 

  • Excellent budget management skills with meticulous attention to detail  

  • Pro-active, positive & flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude, able to motivate a team to achieve excellence 

  • Identifies when team members need support and coordinates its provision.   

  • Supports development of others by sharing experience and expertise 

  • An open-minded, flexible and positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and business change 

  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential 

  • 3 years working in Photographic shoot production, minimum of 2 years in a line manager position.
