The role
The Role The SEO Executive (in-house Lead) will partner and align with the brand trading squad to advise on SEO improvements and best practice recommendations, defining next steps and implementing through their own workstreams.
What will you do as a SEO Executive at N Brown?
The role
* Implement the SEO strategy for your brand; across onsite optimisation content and support with digital PR and technical SEO.
* Partner with Brand Trading Squads and provide SEO advice, support – signposting or actioning as necessary.
* Support with building an SEO performance forecast for their brand.
* Own the brand-level SEO plan to support the SEO strategy and influencing what that strategy should be.
* Own the daily relationships with brand-level stakeholders and support on the implementation of more efficient and effective processes. Supporting the technical SEO team with new ideas and testing.
* Works with 3rd parties to drive best-in-class results for their brand.
* Works through SEO challenges – escalating to the SEO Manager when needed.
What skills and experience will you have?
* Minimum of 2 years Knowledge & experience of managing SEO-related projects:
* On-page SEO Technical SEO Site structure Content creation Experience of wider digital marketing in the retail sector is important
* Has a clear, demonstratable approach to understanding customer intent and the relationship of SEO and UX.
* Can complete hands on SEO analysis using a variety of measurement tools, including: SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEOMonitor, Lumar or Screaming Frog.
* Commercially focused & results driven. Methodical and organised. Excellent communication skills.
* Proactive and can work using their own initiative.

Ways of Working
- We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!
- Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5-days. We don’t have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
