The role 

 

The SEO Lead will partner and align with the brand trading squad to advise on SEO improvements and best practice recommendations, taking away actions and implementing through their own workstreams.

What will you do as a SEO Lead at N Brown? 

  • Implements SEO strategy for a targeted brand; across technical SEO, onsite optimisation, content and digital PR  – either through own workflows or through the wider SEO team. 

  • Partner with Brand Trading Squads and provide SEO advice, support – signposting or actioning as necessary. 

  • Can support the development of an SEO performance forecast for their brand, based on the implementation of our SEO strategy.  

  • Can support the creation of an SEO plan and can implement recommendations to drive SEO sessions and revenue.  

  • Finds ways to improve SEO processes and integrates with wider business stakeholders.  

  • Works with 3rd parties to drive best-in-class results for their brand. 

  • Works through SEO challenges – escalating to the SEO Manager when needed.    

What skills and experience will you have? 

  • Knowledge & experience of managing SEO-related projects: 

  • Best practice SEO 

  • Technical SEO

  • Site structure 

  • Experience of wider digital marketing in the retail sector is important 

  • Has a clear, demonstratable approach to understanding customer intent  

  • Can complete hands on SEO analysis using a variety of measurement tools, including: SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEOMonitor, Lumar, Screaming Frog.  

  • Commercially focused & results driven. 

  • Methodical and organised. 

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • Is very proactive and can work using their own initiative.
