The role 

 

As a Studio Admin Assistant, you will work under the direction and guidance of the Lead Photographer and other studio management team.  

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Studio Admin Assistant to join our photography studio team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting photography studio operations, ensuring seamless production process. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, coordination and model engagement. It is perfect for someone passionate about the behind-the-scenes fashion photography.

What will you do as a Studio Admin Assistant at N Brown? 

  • Studio and office administrative tasks including tracking/reporting studio productivity, ensuring photographic assets are processed through internal systems efficiently. Supporting the wider Studio Services team with ad hoc administrative tasks 

  • Approachable and enthusiastic first point of contact for models, studio team and business stakeholders. Greeting visitors and providing hospitality for model and stakeholder visits (both internal and external) as directed. 

  • Proactively answer calls and questions directed to the studio.  

  • Ensure the studio environment is kept organised throughout the day.  

  • Ensuring product is moved around the studio and wider business efficiently. 

  • Supporting the lead stylist with wardrobe tasks as required including creating product bookings and steaming garments as required. 

  • Collecting and organising studio supplies. 

What skills and experience will you have? 

  • GCSE 5+ or equivalent in English and Maths 

  • Able to work in a highly productive environment, multi-tasking to tight deadlines. Prioritising workload and reacting to production changes 

  • Previous experience in a photography studio or a similar creative environment with interest in fashion photography is preferred. 

  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication skills and people engagement abilities. 

  • Pro-active, positive & flexible, with an open-minded attitude toward new challenges. 

  • Lifting and stretching required while moving product rails and collecting photographic equipment and props. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
