The role

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement & Project Delivery Lead to join our Logistics Change team!

In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting the Senior Leadership team in delivering operational Continuous Improvement and Cost Out projects by supporting the roll-out of an AGILE program of works.  You’ll report to the Head Of Supply Chain Change and you’ll help with driving the organization towards achieving Operations improvement objectives and contributing “Change Value” into the Warehouse operation.

As a key member of the Change Team you’ll provide project support in delivering the operations for our Warehouse Continuous Improvement pipeline for 2024/2025. As well as leading the validation and implementation of opportunities outlined during a recent Supply Chain Review.

 

Working pattern

Please note, this role is based in Shaw (Oldham) and will be Monday – Friday (38.5 hours per week). This role will be hybrid split between our office in Shaw (3 days per week) and from home (2 days). You’ll need to be flexible with the business needs and be prepared to be in the office more on some weeks if required.

What will you do as a Continuous Improvement & Project Delivery Lead at N Brown?

*        You’ll support with co-ordinating activities ensuring they are completed within scope, time and planned resource.

*        You’ll work with Supply Chain departments to validate Initiatives to support the delivery of Continuous Improvement and Cost out opportunities.

*        You’ll work closely with various departments by engaging with them to understand their processes and improvement needs.

*        You’ll support with fostering a culture of continuous improvement and AGILE working by engaging and motivating staff.

*        You’ll provide reporting and up-dates to the Head of Supply Chain Change and Senior Leadership Team on the progress of Continuous Improvement& Project delivery activities

 

What skills and experience will you have?

*        You’ll have a background in Project Management both operational and system delivery

*        You’ll have previous experience in a continuous improvement role or related field. 

*        You’ll have demonstrated success in leading improvement projects and initiatives. 

*        You’ll have strong analytical skills to assess processes and identify improvement opportunities.
