The Role: Our Creative Project Manager will account manage the relationship between brand marketing team and our internal creative resource; plan and project manage all creative jobs in progress for all brands, work on several projects simultaneously, and ensure work is delivered on time and error free.
A day in the life of a Creative Project Manager
* Be the lead point of contact for all matters relating to creative projects.
* Create detailed critical paths based on agreed SLAs and seasonal activity.
* Plan and manage new projects into planning software, considering the most effective way to use available resource for effective results.
* Arrange all sessions for brief/review/feedback with internal creative team and stakeholders.
* Manage stakeholders to ensure clear information and direction is delivered both brief and feedback.
* Manage expectations with stakeholders around delivery and feasibility of projects, be the ‘resource gatekeeper’.
* Ensure milestone dates are met by all parties throughout a project.
* Manage schedule changes across all relevant touchpoints
* Monitor smooth workflow of all live jobs and ensure the correct processes have been adhered to.
* Have a thorough working knowledge of all projects in progress – what stage they’re at and dealing with / escalating issues appropriately.
* Develop strong working relationships with both stakeholders and creatives and be a pro-active problem solver.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in a role of a similar nature, which could be in-house or agency.
* Experience of managing the day-to-day workflow for creative projects, understanding of creative production workflows.
* A team player with strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills appropriate to both internal clients and creative teams.
* A passion for planning, project management and problem solving.
* Ability to manage risk, scope and change control.
* Motivated by delivering projects in a smooth, accurate and efficient way.
* Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
* Able to demonstrate a positive can-do approach even during challenging times.
* Experience in advertising / ATL and / or Paid Media desirable.
* IT literate, able to learn fast and try new software as it emerges.
* The desire to work in a friendly, talented creative team.
