Product Strategy and Vision

  • Define and communicate the product vision for logistics systems including order fulfilment, carrier management, warehouse optimisation, and last‑mile delivery experience.
  • Develop a customer‑centric strategy that balances delivery speed, reliability, cost, and efficiency.
  • Build data‑driven business cases that demonstrate ROI, operational impact, and customer value.

  • Work closely with logistics operations, warehouse managers, commercial teams, and 3PL partners to deeply understand constraints, processes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with carrier partners to enhance service performance, delivery options, tracking capabilities, and exceptions handling.
  • Ensure seamless communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Performance and Optimisation

  • Define success metrics (e.g., OTIF, delivery promise accuracy, fulfilment cost per order, inventory movement efficiency).
  • Review performance data and customer feedback to identify root causes and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Use experimentation, automation, and workflow optimisation to reduce friction and improve logistics speed, accuracy, and scalability.

What skills and experience will you have?

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder groups in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.
