We are now recruiting for an Ecommerce Assistant our Marketing Team here at N Brown!
You will be contributing to the delivery of the Ecommerce strategy, achieving on-line demand targets and customer/visitor conversion targets for our brands.

Your role as Ecommerce Assistant here at N Brown?
Planning, implementation and review of the on-line promotional plan to contribute to the delivery of the online sales targets for the web site(s) and product categories
Briefing and signing off creative to deliver the seasonal programme for the website home page and other promotional pages and campaigns
Proactively ensure that the websites are free of snags and issues, making suggestions for improved user experience and drive process to prevent issues
Contributing to testing and optimisation strategies to maximise the conversion rate across all devices
Analysis and review of the online sales and conversion activity and metrics, including completion of all required weekly and ad hoc reports
Supporting the Ecommerce Co-ordinator through working cross-functionally with the digital and email teams to ensure that traffic objectives are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised
Implementing category product plans and activity, working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams
To trade the season to maximise demand and profit against plan using the product bank, channels and traffic to optimum advantage
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially aware individual with a passion for retail and ecommerce. Ideally, you’ll be a Graduate with a Marketing or related degree and some experience of working on marketing campaigns and projects, gained within a retail business.
