A day in the life of a Ecommerce Executive (Maternity Cover)
* Oversee the delivery of the retail trade plan to contribute to the demand targets for the website/app and product categories.
* Briefing and signing off creative to deliver the retail trade plan for the website/app home page and other promotional pages and campaigns.
* Proactively trading the website in-season by proposing and implementing reactive activity when required.
* Analysis of the online demand and conversion activity and metrics and customer online behaviour, including completion of all required weekly and adhoc reports.
* Supporting the Ecomm Mgr and working cross-functionally with the Digital, Optimisation and CRM teams to ensure that objectives are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised.
* Implementation of the category product plans and activity, working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams.
* Oversee ad-hoc requests to ensure service messages are up to date on site/app.
* Monitor competitor and market activity and report back to key stakeholders.
* Supporting the delivery of brand campaigns onsite.
* Work closely with the wider marketing & product stakeholders to deliver engaging content in line with the strategy, brand DNA and USPs.
What are we looking for?
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience of marketing ideally gained in a fast-paced ecommerce trading role.
Ability to interpret data and site metrics
Good campaign and project management skills as the role will be fast paced and dynamic
A flexible approach and exceptional time management skills are essential
You will need to be comfortable managing a varied workload whilst maintaining accuracy
