The role 

 

The role of Technical SEO Executive will support the technical SEO team in the specification, delivery and testing of SEO capabilities, own the roadmap for specific technical SEO features and to support the wider SEO team in the creation and implementation of technical SEO strategies.

What will you do as a Commercial Production Manager at N Brown?  

  • Contribute to the definition of the SEO strategy

  • Monitor and report on SEO metrics and promote operational & tactical recommendations to enhance organic performance

  • Creation of clear requirement documentation that developers can easily understand and digest

  • Audit N Brown’s websites and use a data-driven approach to identifying potential enhancements and balance SEO requirements with customer needs

  • Contribute to the prioritisation of the tech SEO backlog

  • Contribute to the wider development/Product roadmap

  • Contribute to the replatforming plan and support on the successful migration of N Brown websites

  • Research future expected trends in the Organic landscape including SERP features and presence of our native apps.

  • Support in the detailed analysis and insights of the impact of the various search engine algorithm updates

  • Support relationships with our 3rd party suppliers and technology partners.

What skills and experience will you have? 

  • Demonstrable knowledge, experience, and passion for modern technical SEO

  • Good knowledge and experience of SEO analysis using a variety of measurement tools

  • Good understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing

  • Good Microsoft Office skills, which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience with the Atlassian software suite, especially Jira and Confluence software, or other enterprise level workflow software

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Search Console, SEMRush, Screamingfrog and Lumar

  • Experience working on large ecommerce platforms

  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes

  • Strong communication skills: ability to express complex ideas at all levels across departments

  • Good time management skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • A mathematical and analytical mindset

  • Good analytical sense, and have experience driving products & business decisions that involve quantitative analysis and SEO experimentation

  • Desire to work in large teams

  • Commercially focused & results driven

  • Methodical and organised

  • Good relationship skills; able to build trust

  • Can contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
