What does our Graduate Scheme look like?
It provides you with the opportunity to gain practical experience that will complement the theory and knowledge you acquired at University. This is a 2-year scheme (3-year scheme for Finance) giving you end-to-end exposure across our business; learning from experts on-the-job whilst enhancing your business skills through a comprehensive development plan which includes power skills workshops and mentoring, all supplemented with additional activities throughout your time on the programme. You’ll become fully immersed in our business, learning about how our divisions operate and seeing first-hand all the work we do to continue to delight our customers. We will equip you with the tools and confidence to excel in your chosen career path and in turn, join our wider Emerging Talent community!
