The role

We’re looking for a Senior Learning Lead to join the People team here at N Brown Group.

As Senior Learning Lead you will shape and deliver the learning and development strategy, leading a team to equip and empower leaders, and colleagues to develop transferable skills, underpinned with growth mindset.

This roles also incorporates a Learning Lead role and responsibilities and will be required to deliver learning, and guidance at all levels alongside  the supervisory and co-ordination elements as described above.

 

What will you do as a Senior Learning Lead at N Brown?

*        In partnership with the Head of Talent Development create and implement a learning and development strategy to enable the enterprise to attract, retain, and develop the very best talent, adopting best practice and creating innovative learning solutions.

*        Proactive approach to developing end to end, agile learning programmes for all colleagues, identifying the most appropriate methods for deployment.

*        Ensuring activity is cost and time effective, utilising the latest resourcing tools and increasing the use of social media and other relevant platforms.

*        Develop appropriate tools, resources, and processes to assess colleague needs and behaviours, delivering learning utilising the LEVY, emerging talent, e-learning, and trusted partners.

*        In collaboration with Internal Comms, actively promote learning engagement with colleagues, aligned to an inclusive culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.

*        Partner with the Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition teams to proactively target learner groups (new starters, leavers, promotions), tailoring delivery to achieve our goals.

*        Ownership of managing and coordinating day to day learning for the enterprise, as well as responsibility for reviewing existing practices to develop and implement improvements.

*        Managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring a positive, on brand, consistent colleague experience, aligned to an inclusive culture.

*        Design and development of effective tools to include e-learning, face-to-face, and digital delivery.

*        Build and lead a high-performing team.

*        Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and drive career growth.

*        Being a credible key influencer across the enterprise establishing strong relationships with Stakeholders.

*        Analysing and inform data to provide insight and influence strategy decisions focused on EDI&B, internal progression, eNPS.

*        Working in collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and implement the people strategy.

*        Be a key member of influence the people grow squads to deliver in-year growth.

Ways of Working

We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. For this role, the expectation would be 2 days per week. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!

Our working hours are 36.17 per week and our core working hours are between 10am - 4pm. Given we don’t have strict working hours you can find the working pattern that’s right for you.
