A bit about the role:


 As a Creative Lead you will coach, manage and develop a creative team who collectively are responsible for designing a wide range of world class campaigns and strategic storytelling initiatives, adhering to brand guidelines.



What you’ll do: 

  • You’ll engage stakeholders to understand campaign requirements. 
  • You’ll ensure the team develop and conceptualise powerful creative concepts and approaches. 
  • You’ll drive innovation within the team, providing the necessary input and guidance to ensure all work is leading edge. 
  • You’ll think creatively and strategically to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design in ways that sometimes challenge the status quo. 
  • You’ll act as a creative lead on key campaigns – liaising with external agencies and suppliers and ensuring best practice. 
  • You’ll present finalised ideas and concepts to stakeholders. 
  • You’ll react positively to feedback. 
  • You’ll be able to manage a team of professionals whilst also maintaining a hands-on approach. 
  • Team management including performance management and other development activities. 


Who you are: 


  • You’ll have considerable work experience within a senior creative role in a fast-paced commercial environment. 
  • You’ll have a proven strategic and conceptual thinker with an innovative, creative portfolio in either home or fashion. 
  • You’ll have a proven ability to lead and manage a team of creative colleagues. 
  • You’ll have advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and self-starter with new software. 
  • You’ll have experience of working with online management tools, ideally Workfront. 
  • You’ll be a flexible, ‘do-er’ who can provide first class service to a variety of stakeholders. 
  • You’ll have a degree in Design or a related subject would be desirable. 
  • You have agency experience and understanding is desirable.
