The Role

 

Wholesale Account Manager

To build and manage a working relationship with our external partners and deliver N Brown product to them in a timely and professional manner and be the partner’s main point of contact for any query. Liaise with internal buying and merchandising team to maximise commercial opportunities through the effective management of inventory, driving demand and service through improved availability and forecasting with the partners critical path at the forefront.

 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

*        Order book maintenance (including but not exclusively managing intake and commitment dates and working to maximise launch availability).

*        Managing multiple partner’s critical paths to ensure launch dates are met.

*        Working with the partnerships operations manager to ensure stock gets to partner including the creating of rework spreadsheets.

*        Managing the stock file (to identify trading opportunities or potential service issues).

*        Working with internal assistant merchandisers/merchandisers on stock queries.

*        Assist with performance analysis (weekly and seasonal).

*        Manage ’time and action’ to ensure orders are raised to meet all required launch dates

*        Deputise for line Manager.

*        Any other duties required by the line manager that are appropriate for the role and for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training.
